WHAT DO I NEED?
Everyone is required to provide the following documents to finalize registration.*
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Parent/Guardian photo ID
- Resident verification (may include a recent utility bill, current vehicle registration, signed lease agreement, mortgage statement, or a notarized letter from your landlord)

Admission to CMSA is done through a random lottery process.
The lottery date is March 8, and you will be notified about your enrollment status in the first week of April.
